Bluerow Crinq is the only man on an island where Brandon Note strands after getting onto a Marine warship. It is here where he acknowledges his new bounty of 175,000,000 and meets with Bluerow. He gave Note's newly acquired Devil Fruit powers. He died after getting shot by Marines, confusing him for Note.
