Introduction[]
Little is known about Ivan Black Hand. All anyone knows is that he works for the Greater Blonde Army, despite not being a blonde, and that he is a privateer for Stone Wall. Ivan Black is the one man Butorega siad he would never attempt to turn blonde.
Appearance[]
I van wears a black uniform marked with a silver corss. He has a mechanical arm and a eye that is pure crimson.
Personality[]
Ivan is calm, and never lets his anger shows. He thinks out every move he does and never rushes to engage his enemies.
Abilities and Powers[]
Hand to Hand Combat[]
Ivan's main weapon is his metal Hand. He uses it to block attacks and to strike at his enemies. Ivan's metal hand is made from pure sea stone. The hand also has several cartigest connected to it that give him the ability to memic certain Elemental Atacks.
Ice - Using liquid nitrogen
Fire- Uses Dragons Tounge, which is a matterial created by James D. Wells. The substance exsplodes into flames when exsposed to oxygen.

Another thing his opponents should watch out for is his mechanical eye.The eye is called THE EYE OF GOD!
The EYE OF GOD is connected to all of Black Hand's senses. It records all he sees and process all information comeing in from his senses. The eye can warn him of changes in air paterns or incomeing attacks. It can also do high speed calculations and pull up information for him. It can also restart his heart with electricity and monitor his blood for poisons, in which it can send information to his anti poison supply in his back to defuse it.
