Francis Rise is a lone pirate/mercenary with currently unknown goals. Being born in The New World, he had to get strong very early in his life. His father was the one who trained him in the ways of the sword, more specifically the Phoenix Guard Style, as well as push his abilities to their limit. Having trained to above his father's limit, he left his island and began traveling to random islands throughout the the Grand Line because he views everyone in the other Blues as not worth his time, though he occasionally does travel to them should a mission call for it. He's a bit unknown in the World, which is the way he wants it for now.
Appearence[]
Francis has light brown hair, with matching slited eyes, and usually has a calm demeanor on his face. He's usually found wearing a blue sleeveless jacket with a white shirt beneath it and grey pants, with a streak of red going down it's side. His shoes are a plain black with grey soles. On his back, he has a stylized "S" tattoo as well as various scars and burns around his body, most notedly his arms due to his sleeveless shirt. Strapped to his side, in it's sheath, is a rather long katana. It's around 3 Ft. 2 In. in length.
This is merely his main outfit; however, and he is prone to changing whenever he feels like it, or if the weather demands it.
