The Fune Fune no Mi, allows the user to control and manipulate ships and their respective functions. It was consumed by the marine known as Commodore Finch, also known as the North Star of G-0. This fruit is both powerful and extremely useful for those whom sail the seas. It was found in the North Blue area.

Appearance[]

The Devil Fruit's overall shape is that of a common banana, not one of a batch however, just a simple lone banana. The Banana is brown with black lines reaching from top to bottom spaced around the fruit, similar to that of wooden planks of a ship. Where the inside is black, white and red swirls over a blue texture, depicting the sails of a boat and the water itself.

Strengths[]

The Primary strength of this fruit, is to control every aspect of inanimate object's aboard a boat. Including the boat itself, the user is practically able to sail a ship alone, setting the sail's, direction and other numerous details all simultaneous. The user is able to prepare the cannons and fire them without the use of another person, the fuses light themselves and the cannonballs simply load into the cannon by simply raising a finger. A good example of the fruit is if the ship is invaded and boarded by bandits or pirates. The user can bind them and restrain them using the ropes aboard the ship, binding them and holding them up in the air as the user interogates them. The user could also suffocate them with the rope. While they are restraine the user is then able to unleash their cannon fire upon the enemy ship, literally leaving them with absolutely no method home but to swim.

Weaknesses[]

The main weakness of this fruit is the common two weaknesses, the user becomes a hammer when underneath or in water, however the user is still able to use their powers, but are not strong enough to be able to save themselves. The user also loses all power but is not weakened, when in contact with Kairosek (Sea stone).

Another weakness of the fruit is that when the user is off of a boat and on land, the user becomes ill. As they are land sick (the opposite of sea sick). They can move about, but are very weak and less agile. It also means that the further away from a boat the user is the easier they are to fight.

Trivia[]

The powers of this fruit were inspired by Captain Blackbeard, from the hit movie Pirates of the Carribean: Of Stranger Tides. In which Blackbeard was able to control ships with simple movements of the blade he carried. Making him a fearsome pirate above all.
