Grothon Sinterklaas is the captain of the Holiday Pirates and an expert of the Nitoryuu sword style. Grothon is native to the West Blue and has no bounty.

Abilities and Powers[]
Grothon, unlike many in his crew, does not have a devil fruit but is an expert swordsman. His two most frequently used katanas are Wazamono grade swords - Sekisetsu, a white katana that specialises is blocking attakcs and Yougan, a blood red blade which specialises in slashing the enemy. Sinterklaas possesses a third sword, a Ryo Wazamono grade sword which he uses only in dire situations. It's name is Karasu.

Little is known as of yet about Sinterklaas's past, but he grew up on Roretome Island and was a bounty hunter before he decided to become a pirate.
Roretome Arc[]
Sinterklaas entered the Roretome Naval Base and received a mission from Captain Straightjacket to hunt down Lulu Gregars. Sinterklaas rashly announced a change of career to that of piracy and took Petty Officer Midoriyama as hostage so that he could start his journey. Sinterklaas entered a fight club where he fought and won four matches, including one against a sumo wrestler, until he noticed Midoriyama went missing. Sinterklaas went searching for the Marine and came back to the Club to fight against Lulu Gregars, who was threatening the crowd.
