The Kasai Kusari Kasai Kusari no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows its user to create, summon, shape, and manipulate kind of chains and chain-like weapons and set it on fire, making the user a Fire Chain Human ( 火災 鎖 人間 Kasai Kusari ningen), "Kusari" (鎖) is the Japanese meaning for "Chain". It was eaten by Vale Vizzolini the archaeologist of the Storm Bringer Storms.

The Kusari Kusari no Mi is a light gray fruit, it is the size and shape of a Grapefruit. The fruit has various fire red chain links around it and on the inside it is a dark grey color.
Strengths and Weaknesses []
The main strength of the Kasai Kusari Kasai Kusari no Mi is is gives the user the ability to create, summon, shape, and manipulate kind of chains and chain-like weapons, the user also gains the ability to set the chains on fire giving a the chains a boots in power. The chains can be used to grab rocks to use as weapons. The user can use the chains as projectiles and when set on fire the can do more damage. The chains can be used to imprison i someone and be fortified with Busoshoku Haki. The user can change the shape of the chain to make it a piercing weapon are any other chain like weapon. The chains can only be broken by Busoshoku Haki
One of the weakness is that the chains can only be stretched out to 360 feet and going beyond that limt will has damage to the user. If their enemy has Busoshoku Haki the could evade capture or destroy the chains. The fruit has no other weakness aside from the standard Devil Fruit weaknesses.
