Introduction

Katsumoto Mitsuhide, also known as The White Flash, is the older brother ofSasami Mitsuhide and a Vice admiral in the marines.

Appearance

Silky black hair, bright sparkling blue eyes, bold eyebros, and a jaw hard as stone. He also wears a clean white suit and a thick white jacket decorated with metals.

Personality

Katsumoto is a glory hog. He prefers to cut down every pirate he encounters himself and as a result he has plenty of battle experiences. He dreams of one day becoming a admiral.

Katsumoto uses Iaijutsu.

Katsumoto deals almost all of his sword attacks in units of seven. He will draw his sword and slash seven times before his opponent can even react and then sheath it.

28 slashes - Katsumoto slashes a blinding 28 times creating a massive world winds that slices his opponents up.

35 slashes - Katsumoto cuts his opponent to ribbons with 35 super sonic slashes. Onces he puts his blade by in its sheath the sonic boom comes and blows away the filth.

42 slashes - Katsumoto forms a pheniox from the winds slashes that lunches out and cuts down his opponent.

49 Slashes - All that can be seen is a bright flash of white light and Katsumoto's oppnents are ripped to shreads.

Just 1- Katsumoto draws his sword with such speed and agility that only a flash of light is made with no sound. The end result is his enemy bieng cut in half.

Agility

Katsumoto can easily past the speed of Soru when he moves. At full speed he can even match the legendary Candide Voltair, but only for a moment. Katsumoto can not maintain such a fearsome speed for long. However Katsumoto's sword arm is said to make Candide look slow. He can draw and resheath his blade three times faster than he can run.
