Kyouka is a member of the Checkmate Pirates and is the leader of the Dragon Sisters, a powerful sub division of the Checkmate Pirates. Kyouka is one of the top fighters of the crew and has the rank of Knight, giving her full authority of the lower ranked members. Along with her sisters Ayake and Rion, they compose the Dragon Sister trio and are feared as being the three strongest female combatants in the Grand Line.
She is fiercely loyal to Phenom and has been shown to hold romantic feelings for him and will obey any of his commands.
