meian is a very dangerous bounty hunter that is a rokushiki user who posses all three hakis and has a split personality that changes at the begining and the end of the day he is also one of the 4 deadly hell hunter

meian has black hair his left eye is black and his right eye is completely white with scar in a shape of an x he wears a white shirt with black stripes similar to a prisoners shirt along with brown pants and brown shoes and a cigar
