Meldin Horn is a native of a well populated harbortown in the New World. She's a chef in a restaurant and knows how to uses her blades. She's trained in Kenbunshoku Haki and has a bounty on her head for repeatedly killing pirates who dare to dock their ship on her island. When defeated by Thomace Billow, she accepts the offer to become cook and swordsman of the Blackcloud Pirates.
