Mercuia (マークイア, Maakuia) is the Archeologist of The Marimo Pirates and one of the protagnists of Grand Voyage. Originally a World Noble, Mercuia later rebelled against her parents and stole and ate the Tatsu Tatsu no Mi, Model: Wind Dragon, before fleeing in her full dragon form. She later ran out of energy and fell into the sea, where she was picked up by her future crew. She travelled with them to the next island in the Grand Line, where she was kidnapped by the Sirius Bounty Hunters. After the Marimos pursued and freed her, she agreed to join the crew, and even invited Sirius to join as well.
