Okyuu is a Marine Rear Admiral, part of the RedClaw's Blazing Six working under Vice Admiral Vladimir RedClaw. He is a skilled swordsman, master in the user of the Kengiryu, an art he learned with Bounty Hunters. He became a Marine under Vladimir after losing a bet to him a decade before his meeting with the RedClaw Pirates.
