Regina Marble (レジャイナマーブル Rejaina Māburu) is the current queen of the Grand Line kingdom, Aspara, as well as the mother of Regina Palette, one of the co-captains of her royal guard. Months after the defeat and overthrowing of Majestic T. Decaden, the former tyrant of Aspara, by Jolly D. Chris and the Renegade Pirates, Marble was chosen to govern the island. However, it wasn't until after One Dream's two year time skip, during the Chris Arc, that Marble would be introduced into the story.

As Aspara's monarch, and understanding full well how grateful she and its citizens became towards Chris and the Renegades, Marble decreed she would have a secretive alliance with Chris' crew, The Jolly Pirates. Thereby, supporting them in any way they needed, but without drawing the World Government's attention; making the task very risky, and incredibly difficult. She also appears to be close friends with Chris' mother, Jolly D. Mona, though how the relationship between the two started is relatively unknown. It was through Mona's help and her connections within the Revolutionary Army that have helped Marble sustain a secret alliance with The Jolly Pirates.

• Regina Marble's last name was derived from the latin word "regina," meaning queen. This was chosen to refer to Marble's status as queen of Aspara.
  • Also, Marble's first name was chosen to reference the material, marble. Not only is marble useful in making constructs, including artistic sculptures and designs, but the white coloration seems to play up Marble's white hair. The use of marble in various works of art alludes to Marble's home island, and the island under her control, Aspara; said to be home to the best and most talented artists in the world.
