Rei Senkou, also referred to as The Gallant Light of Hope (希望のぎゃんライト, Kibō no Gyaranraito), is a Vice Admiral in the Marines, and the Base Commander of G-14. He first appeared during the Titania Arc, where he battles Hiro Xanthe, in the attempt to capture him, despite Hiro escaping.
Senkou has consumed the Koushi Koushi no Mi, a Paramecia-class Devil Fruit that grants him to ability to produce, and manipulate photons at will.
