This Tatsu Tatsu model was found alongside it's counter part the Tatsu Tatsu no Mi, Model: Night King. Sold at a high price as they were originally mistake for one joined fruit. They ended their marketing journey on Reef Island, bought by the Leader of the island and given to Meka Lockheart, who was able to tell that they were not one fruit, but they were in fact two! In surprise he devoured one of the fruits (believing it to be the Night King Model.) and gave the other to his son, to guard until he felt ready or wanted to eat it. Unfortunately the power of the fruit became to great for Meka, driving him thoroughly insane, leading to the Slaughter of Reef Island's population and his family.
The fruit is known well across the Grand Line for it's power over the transformation of a Metal Dragon. Bestowing upon Meka slight power of Magnetism and Metal itself. Making Meka a powerful foe, and even more fearful Ally!
