the Tenki Tenki no mi is a Logia-type devil fruit that allows the user to transform into a all types of weather.
Strengths & Weaknesses[]
This fruit allows the user to control all aspects of weather and climate at will as well as being able to create any desired climate and weather in their area and being able to transform into said climate and weather. The user is unable to manipulate the pre-existing weather around them.
The user also has a resistance to hot and cold temperatures as well as lighting and different levels of air pressure
A limitation of this fruit is that the user can only turn into types of weather that occur in the the sky. So the user can’t turn into any dust storms, floods or anything else that specifically happen on the ground. The user is also unable go turn into the light and heat from sunny weather.
There are other types of clouds that exist in the one piece world that the user isn’t able to turn into like island and sea clouds. The user is only limited to turning into all the clouds that naturally occur in the real world

Cloud an Air Based Attacks[]
- Muay Thai: Jack sprouts multiple long tendrils made from clouds mimicking arms and legs and fights with them
- White blow: jack uses clouds to stretch and shoot his arm at high speeds hitting his opponent his immense power
- White Ram: jack uses his clouds to shape his fist to that of a ram and punches his target
- cumulus blow: a variation of white blow where he transforms his entire arm and fist into dense cumulus clouds to make his fist tremendously bigger and add more force to it.

- White sea: jack puts his hands on the ground and covers the ground with clouds capturing any opponents from a distance
- Convection: after using white sea, Jack moves his arm in an uppercut motion, after that, multiple arms made from the white sea come shooting upwards punching the target multiple times
- Derecho storm: when jack throws a cumulus blow, instead of turning his arm into dense cumulus clouds, he instead turns his arm into a thunderstorm.
- Derecho blow: while preforming a white blow, Jack turns his arm into a storm

- Overcast: a prerequisite move where jack covers the surrounding sky with his clouds and then use a series of other moves
